Who We Are
TRP 1983-1990 & Allies
Founded by members of the Promotion 1983–1990, our organization is committed to humanitarian service and community support in Haiti. We believe that lasting change begins when people come together to support one another with dignity, compassion, and purpose.
For decades, our mission has remained the same: to help those in need and create opportunities for a better future.
What We Do
Serving Communities Through Action and Compassion
Through our humanitarian programs, The Remnant of Promotion 1983–1990 supports individuals and families in Haiti by addressing essential needs and creating opportunities for self-reliance.
Food Distribution
Every month, we provide food to individuals and families at the Centre d’Accueil de Carrefour, ensuring access to healthy meals for those facing hardship.
Support for Prisoners
We supply nutritious food to prisoners in Haiti, offering care and dignity to individuals often forgotten by society.
Small Business Aid Fund
Through an aid fund of $300–$400, we help individuals start small businesses, allowing them to earn a living and support their families with independence.
School Supplies Program
Each year, we distribute school supplies to children of Lycée Louis Joseph Janvier de Carrefour, supporting education and hope for the next generation.

Our Vision
We envision a strong and united Haiti where communities support one another, small businesses grow, prisoners receive humane care, and children are given the tools they need to succeed. By creating opportunities and providing essential resources, we help turn generosity into meaningful and lasting community impact.
Who We Serve
We serve young adults, elderly community members, churches and prayer groups, schools and educators, alumni from promotions since 1983, and families in Haiti and abroad. Together, we form a trusted network built on service, unity, and shared responsibility within our communities.
